Pasta Fregola is typical from Sardinia Island, in this recipe it is seasoned with mild curry, light spices, vegetables and raisins. The result is an incredible tasty dish perfect to eat both hot and cold, adding some beef nuggets to enrich its flavor.
Preparation: bring 1/3 cup of water and 2 tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Suggestions: during cooking add 80g of minced pork meat or diced chicken breast.
Wine: Sangiovese di Romagna or light bodied red wine.
